I graduated in marketing in 2016, but since then I have worked in employer branding positions. The most important thing for me in my work is credibility. So my aim is to give as concrete and authentic an idea as possible of what it's like to work for us.

The BeSpirited competition provides a good insight into the life of Diageo, as not only will you get to see our super cool office building, but you will also be involved in exciting challenges that will help you learn and grow.

I joined Diageo as an HR trainee 2 years ago and since then I have tried myself out in 2 positions, most recently I joined the amazing Budapest based Talent Engagement Team as a Specialist. I was already familiar with BESPIRITED and was glad to assist this year’s game and bring my enthusiasm and knowledge into the event.

I’m proud to be part of a company where integrity and passion are truly valued and respected, where I can maintain meaningful relationships and simultaneously build my career and work in a field which I greatly enjoy. Throughout the competition, you’ll have the chance to discover our office and to experience the Diageo-feeling and what it’s like to grow with us.

This is the 2nd BESPIRITED competition I’ve been working on and it is always a very exciting for us to bring you a new and interesting story with challenging tasks. I coordinate the recruitment campaign of the competition, communicate with the participants as well as assist in delivering the Final. I hope you join our newest adventure! :)

I am really proud of the Diageo BESPIRITED competition, in which all our special creative solutions are merged in one complex challenge. This contest is a great simulation of an international career, where you start with a real life based professional tasks in an escape room-like virtual offices of Budapest and Bangalore, than you can step up to managerial level with the FMCGame business simulation in the semi-final. And at the top, you can determine strategy in a case study, trying to convince the jury, alias top management, just like in real life. Don't miss it, join and make the best of this challenge, grow and develop yourself with us and the experience will be memorable!

Although this is the 8th BESPIRITED competition, I will only be actively involved in the development of the competition from this year. Looking back on the past years and seeing the adventures awaiting you this year, I don’t think either the returning or the new participants will have any complaints, at least we’ll do our best! ;)
